Booking & Reservation :


We require a deposit of Five Hundred Canadian dollars ( CDN$ 500.00 ) in order to book any suite. You may pay by :

  • Cash;
  • Interac (debit);
  • Cheque, money order, draft;
  • Visa, Master card; American Express
  • Wire transfer
  • E-mail Money Transfer
  • Western Union
  • Direct deposit

If you choose to pay your deposit by wire transfer then we will send you our bank account information.

If you choose to pay your deposit by credit card ( Visa / Master Card / American Express ), then we need you to send us an authorization. You may:

- Call us by phone with your credit card information ( phone # +1- 647-885-5543 ); or

- Fill in the following authorization and :
1- either e-mail it to :   booking@mississauga-furnished-apartments.com
2- or fax it to : 1-866-620-1194 ( use the fax if you are faxing from North America only )

I, ( enter your name ), authorize Mississauga Furnished Apartments Inc. to charge my credit card # ( enter your credit card number ) with Expiry date ( enter expiry date ) and Security code (on the back "CVC" ) : - - - ,  the amount of Five Hundred Canadian dollars ( CDN$ 500.00 ). I understand that this amount is being charged as a deposit for booking a furnished suite with Mississauga Furnished Apartments Inc. 

A deposit of Five Hundred (500 ) Canadian dollars is required in order to book any of our suites. This 500 $ dollars will be considered as a security deposit / damage deposit / key deposit, upon check-in. Which will be refunded to you upon check-out, if there is no damage or missing keys.

Cancellation / Changes
:
-  If you make the booking today and your booking starting date is less than 15 days from today, then your booking is final and no cancellation nor change can be made. If you cancel or change then you will lose your 500 dollars booking deposit.
 
-  If you cancel or change in less than 15 days before the booking starting date, then you will lose your 500 dollars booking deposit.
 
-  If you cancel or change and you still have 15 days or more before the booking starting date, then you will be charged only 50 dollars as an administration fees and you will get the balance of your deposit back.
 


Check-In / Check-Out time :

- Check-In time : after 3:00 p.m. in the arrival day

- Check-Out time : by 11:00 a.m. in the leaving day
